If you need help, let's have a conversation. Not every problem needs a management agreement or a formal consulting engagement. Sometimes an owner just needs someone experienced to step in and help get something done.

We scope project work narrowly and price it plainly. If it's something we can do well, we'll tell you what it takes. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too and usually point you toward someone who can. We'd rather be useful than engaged.
